I write urban fantasy that is dark, gritty and violent with a twist of romance, eroticism and horror. I’ve been immersed in the thrilling world of the paranormal since childhood when the vampires of The Lost Boys seduced me.  

I’ve been writing since the age of 9 when I had a Christmas themed short story published in the local town paper. I have been published with Ellora’s Cave, Loose Id and Liquid Silver Books.

Recently I made the decision to move the Alexa O’Brien series from it’s original publisher to an independent imprint, Dark Mountain Books, co-founded with author, Alanna Coca. 

I live in the Edmonton area in Alberta, Canada with my fiancé, daughter and three cats. I love to hear from readers via email or Twitter.
